How It Works
A guide to reviewing and approving images in your browser.
1 Sign In
Open signoffnow.app in your browser and sign in with your email and password. You'll see your organisations listed — select one to start reviewing.
2 Choose Your Mode
Use the toggle in the header to switch between two modes:
- Sign Off Now — swipe through images one by one to approve, reject, or pass.
- Browse Images — view a thumbnail grid of all images, filtered by brand and status.
3 Review Images
In Sign Off Now mode, each image appears as a card. You have three options:
- Approve — swipe right or click the green tick. The image is marked as approved.
- Reject — swipe left or click the red X. A form appears where you select one or more rejection reasons and add optional notes.
- Pass — swipe down or click the amber arrow. The image stays as waiting approval and moves to the end of the queue so you can come back to it.
Click the + button on any card to open a full-size view with image dimensions and metadata.
4 Filter by Brand & Status
Use the brand dropdown to focus on a specific brand. Use the status dropdown to view images by their current state — waiting approval, approved, rejected, or duplicates.
In Browse mode, click any thumbnail to open the review tools and approve, reject, or pass from there.
5 Keyboard Shortcuts
Speed up your workflow with these shortcuts:

6 Finished Reviewing
When you've been through all images in a brand, you'll see how many remain in other brands with a button to continue. If you passed any images, a "Review Passed Images" button lets you go back through them.
